Mechanical Design Engineer  

Roles & Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience of mechanical design of process equipment, experience of using software tools

Should be able to do Steel structure design supporting for Process equipments like Reboiler/ Condenser/Reactors/Distillation columns

Ensure compliance with codes & standards, safety regulations, and quality, requirements. 

Collaborate with inter- discipline design team of chemical plants (Process, Electrical & Instrumentation, Civil) to deliver optimized designs.

Provide technical guidance to ensure accuracy and efficiency in design outputs.

Required Skills:

AutoCAD / AutoDesk tools

PV Elite

STAAD

General Assembly (GA) Drawings,

Static Equipment Fabrication Drawings such as :

Pressure Vessels, Surge Tanks, Knock-out Drums, Feed Tanks, Reflux Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns, Chemical Reactors. 

Preferred Skills:

Piping Stress Analysis 

Supervise mechanical draftsmen in preparing:
