Mechanical Design Engineer

Symtech Global is looking for a mechanical engineer who can take a project from client requirement to engineering and execution.

This is not a CAD drafting-only role. We need someone who can understand the customer's requirement, develop the technical solution, prepare the necessary engineering documentation, and coordinate with the team until delivery.

What you'll work on

• Understand client requirements, site conditions and technical constraints

• Develop parking concepts, layouts and GADs

• Prepare detailed fabrication, assembly and installation drawings

• Prepare BOMs and support component selection/design calculations

• Coordinate with production, vendors, installation teams and clients

• Support design revisions, troubleshooting and commissioning

• Help standardise our existing parking-system product portfolio

• Participate in technical discussions with Indian and international clients

What we're looking for

Ideally 4-8 years of experience in mechanical design/project engineering.

Strong working knowledge of:

• AutoCAD and SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD

• Machine/mechanical design

• Fabricated steel assemblies and manufacturing drawings

• BOMs, tolerances and engineering documentation

• Manufacturing, fabrication and welding processes

Experience in automated parking, material handling, conveyors, lifting systems, industrial automation, SPMs or similar mechanical systems would be an advantage.

Most importantly

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a technical task, identify missing information, communicate clearly and move the project forward without constant follow-up.

Good spoken and written English is important, as the role will involve direct interaction with international clients.

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering - B.E./B.Tech/Diploma

Location: Noida

Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + performance/project-delivery bonus
