We are hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing robotics engineering team in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop robotic systems, assemblies, and mechanical components
- Create 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs
- Perform GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Optimize designs using DFMA principles for manufacturability, reliability, and cost
- Conduct FEA, structural, thermal, and kinematic simulations
- Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and assembly teams
- Support prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities
- Conduct product testing and engineering validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience
- Robotics or automation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and DFMA
- Proficiency in CAD and FEA tools (SolidWorks preferred)
- Good understanding of bearings, gearboxes, motors, belts, and actuators
