Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks
• Perform structural and basic thermal simulations using ANSYS
• Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, tolerances, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure manufacturability
• Support prototyping, testing, validation, and design improvements
• Optimize designs for cost-effective and scalable manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Robotics Engineering
• Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

Required Skills

• Strong fundamentals in mechanical design and engineering principles
• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks
• Basic knowledge of ANSYS (FEA preferred)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as:
• CNC machining
• Sheet metal fabrication
• 3D printing
• Casting
• Mechanical assembly practices
• Knowledge of materials selection and tolerance stack-up
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with robotics, drone, or automation projects
• Internship or hands-on experience in product development
