Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform machine design calculations (shear stress, bending stress, etc.).
- Implement rapid prototyping techniques (3D printing, Laser Cutting, CNC Routing).
- Use CAD tools (Fusion 360, Solidworks) for product design.
- Coordinate with suppliers during manufacturing process release.
- Compile construction documents (3D models, drawings, BOM, etc.).
- Conduct FMEA analysis for product evaluation.
- Perform product testing for specific customer requirements.
- Design and release production orders (production BOM).
- Lead and execute product improvement projects.
- Generate and oversee new product ideas and designs.
- Collaborate with other departments and partners for product development.
- Manage streamlined product launches and documentation.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
- Expertise in machine design calculations (shear stress, bending stress).
