Job Summary

DSG Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in MEP design consultancy. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing mechanical HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed PHE/HVAC/FF for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Develop design calculations, equipment selections, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and review MEP drawings, schematics, and design documentation.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting services.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Attend design coordination meetings and incorporate project requirements and feedback.
• Assist in resolving design and site-related technical issues.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned design deliverables while maintaining quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with an MEP Design Consultancy.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Good knowledge of PHE/FF/HVAC design principles, calculations, and system selection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination and interdisciplinary design.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
