Educational Qualifications
BE/ ME/ MS/BTech/MTech in the field of Mechanical, Design or Systems.
Primary Skills :
. Good working knowledge on UG NX & Teamcenter
. Good communication skills. Coach and guide design engineers, providing feedback to help with their technical growth.
. Review and finalize all outputs produced by the design engineers, including technical product documentation, bill of materials, and 3D models.
. Lead technical meetings & engage with stakeholders to solve technical issues.
. Experience in designing electromechanical systems & Cleanroom Tools.
. Expert knowledge in Dimensioning, GD&T, Tolerance Analysis and Review.
. Minimum 2 years of experience in a direct client-facing setup, including explaining technical decisions to stakeholders.
. Experience in selection of OEM components & technical calculations
. Basic Electrical knowledge, component selection, cable routing and control panel/enclosure design
. Good knowledge in DFX (Design for manufacturing & Assembly etc.,)
. Semiconductor capital equipment & cleanroom Standards
. Create technical product documentation to ensure that technical part definitions and specifications are required to manufacture, assemble, test, pack, transport, service, and maintain a part or assembly.
Secondary skills :
. Capability to handle pressure/conflict situation
. Knowledge in QMS related to project
. Application of Specific Process standards
. Team and Project Management
Role Description :
. Responsible to design, develop and release complex parts, product and sub-systems in Packaging, Tooling and Handling Applications
. Obtain necessary approval from stakeholders by conducting CFT design reviews
. Assembly modeling, 2D Drafting and 3D routing in UG NX . Mechanical OEM component selection & Engineering Calculations
. Good inter-personal skills, Customer Handling & Communication
. Review the design and drawing & Co-ordinate with clients & stackholders
. CAD Model quality check (Interference check, BoM Check, Document Quality Check, Tech Review)
. Effective Team and individual player
