Job Description:

• Cross-Cultural Communication: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders across your region.

• Understanding of Commercial, Quality or H&S systems

• Leverage strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, coupled with cultural sensitivity and adaptability, to navigate different business practices and communication styles.

• Strategic Thinking - Strong at analysis, creative brainstorming, design, end-user/customer segmentation, and mapping to support solution-focused problem-solving to critical business challenges.

• High literacy levels, fluency in written and spoken English

• Strong team player but can also work autonomously and remain focused

• Confident friendly and professional telephone manner

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting & maintenance of Mechanical control systems, HVAC, cooling systems, Building management systems

• Experience with mission-critical facilities.

• Should have good experience in managing a team / Management skill should possess

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.

• Experience with engineering software packages.

• Knowledge of mechanical and control systems.

• Knowledge of large-scale data centers mechanical infrastructure systems.

• Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally
