Job Description
The Job Factory is hiring an experienced Mechanical CAD Engineer for its Design / R&D team in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
Job Details- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
- Openings: 4
- Salary: 3–6 LPA
- Joining: As per requirement
- Job Type: Full Time
- Prepare and modify 2D AutoCAD drawings, including GA, SA, DD and BOM drawings
- Create detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings
- Develop General Arrangement and Sub-Assembly drawings
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Create and modify 3D parts, models and assemblies using SolidWorks
- Generate production-ready drawings from 3D models
- Verify design accuracy and manufacturability
- Prepare development and fabrication drawings
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Design teams for drawing updates
- Maintain drawing revisions and engineering documentation as per company standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting
- Good knowledge of SolidWorks – 3D Part Modeling, 2D Drafting & Assembly
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of BOM preparation and document control
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering standards
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Experience in industrial equipment or manufacturing industries
- Experience with control panels or switchgear
- Knowledge of sheet metal development and fabrication drawings
Qualification
Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
