Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida for a Mechanical BIM Modeler. The role involves creating, managing, and implementing accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for mechanical systems in the built environment. Responsibilities include collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, developing detailed construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Regular coordination with the architecture and MEP teams will be essential to deliver high-quality, accurate, and efficient outputs for various projects.

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment layouts) using Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
• Prepare construction documentation, shop drawings, and BOQs in line with project standards.
• Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating consultant and site feedback.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, and UK standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Support BIM execution plans and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling standards.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, installation practices, and mechanical systems.
• Exposure to UK codes and project standards.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination across teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in modeling.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HVAC BIM modeling/design.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and project workflows.
• Prior exposure to UK projects preferred.
