Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Engineer
Location: Coimbatore
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Able to read drawings for Systems involving Mechanical & Electrical parts.
- Worked in Assembling of fabricated & Standard components into a larger machine or system.
- Ability to determine the sequence of operations & Interpret from Process / Control plans, Work instructions.
- Knowledge on Precision manufacturing processes in Machining, Fabrication, Welding & Post treatment processes.
- Experience in Fabrication assembly, Hydraulics and Pneumatics installation.
- Ability to select & use appropriate hand and power tools for Assembly process.
- Ability to measure, determine root cause and perform minor structural reworks to suit assembly.
- Knowledge in Plastic welding, Sheetmetal Fabrication process will be added advantage.
- Communication: Ability to coordinate with Design & Engineering departments to receive information's & provide Feedback from Assembly.
- Responsible for 5S, Health & Safety protocols & Floor Equipment's – Stock, Calibration & Maintenance processes.
Education Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years experience in Assembly of Machinery or Equipment's.
