Role Summar
yDesign mechanical assemblies with a strong focus on manufacturability, cost, reliability, and scalability. Ensure designs align with production processes, assembly workflows, tooling, tolerances, and quality standards. Act as a bridge between product design, manufacturing, and industrialization
.Key Responsibilitie
- sLead global ME Assembly & Fixture Design teams (20 HC)
- .Design assemblies optimized for manufacturing, cost, and quality
- .Drive improvements in OEE and First Pass Yield
- .Reduce design-to-process related scrap and fixture costs
- .Perform tolerance stack-up and GD&T analysis
- .Develop and standardize mechanical features and components
- .Create assembly specifications and support industrialization
- .Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, and suppliers
- .Ensure alignment between DFMEA and PFMEA
- .Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
