Measurement Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Measurement Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Measurement Executive will visit client sites to take accurate measurements of residential spaces, including rooms, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring all details are captured for design and execution. The role involves preparing measurement reports, floor plans, and basic site sketches, and coordinating closely with designers, project managers, and vendors to validate feasibility and resolve discrepancies. The Measurement Executive will document site conditions, identify potential constraints, and communicate timely updates to internal teams. The position also includes scheduling site visits, maintaining measurement records, and upholding safety, quality, and professionalism at every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong measurement and technical skills, including experience with measuring tools (tape, laser distance meter) and basic understanding of floor plans and layouts.
• Ability to document site details clearly, with basic proficiency in creating sketches or using digital tools (e.g., MS Excel, measurement apps, or basic CAD exposure).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, designers, and project teams in a professional and courteous manner.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills to identify site issues and provide practical inputs to design and execution teams.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for multiple site visits, with strong time management and ability to work independently on-site.
• Relevant experience in interior design, furniture, construction, or site measurement roles is preferred; familiarity with residential interiors is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
