MEAN Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

• Exioms is looking for a bright, focused, and highly goal-oriented MEAN Stack Software Engineer. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a challenging environment and have the enthusiasm and ambition to develop and complete projects to the highest standards. Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in MEAN Stack software development will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web architectures with 3+ years of experience
• Create RESTful APIs for mobile applications with at least 1 year of hands-on experience
• Develop RESTful web services using Node.js and the MEAN Stack
• Write exceptional JavaScript code for both front-end and back-end development
• Understand and optimize applications for different platforms (mobile vs desktop)
• Utilize server-side templating languages such as Pug or Handlebars
• Use JavaScript libraries and frameworks including AngularJS 2, ReactJS, Vue.js, and jQuery
• Manage code versions effectively using Git, Bitbucket, or SVN
• Work with development tools like Bower, Webpack, Gulp, Redux, and Flux

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Angular 2, JavaScript frameworks, MongoDB, and jQuery
• Strong knowledge of MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)
• Familiarity with REST API development and integration
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities
