Job Requirements
Work Experience
- BE/B-tech in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering
- 7 to 12 years of experience in Manufacturing process planning in Aerospace industry
- Experience of implementing lean technical for process improvements
- Experience in root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce/eliminate non-conformances.
- Experience in creation of Manufacturing drawings, Manufacturing Work Instruction, Routing Sheet, Specifications, Standard operating procedures, Material definitions, Bill of materials and Special Process Instruction
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering change control process
- Experience in APQP processes (FAI reports using AS9102 Rev B forms 1, 2 and 3, PFMEA)
Work Description
- Generate CNC programs using UG NX for 3 to 5 axis milling features.
- Verify the programs using Vericut
- Support program prove out and troubleshooting on the floor.
- Support machining cycle time optimization
Key Technical Competencies
- CNC Programming using UG NX
- Vericut verification
- Basic part modelling in NX
- understanding of post processor and CNC 5 axis machine with Siemens controller
- Prove out on machines
Soft Skills
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills to work as a team
Qualification And Professional Experience
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 4 to 10 year's experience in CNC Programming
