We're looking for a Lean Training Manager to lead capability-building initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Lean Belt training (Yellow/Green/Black)

Develop training materials & deliver Lean programs

Lead Kaizen, VSM, and Lean implementation

Support shop‑floor excellence & problem‑solving culture

Ideal Candidate:

Certified Lean Black Belt

Strong facilitator with proven CI experience

Hands‑on Lean training & coaching background
