Description

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing master data across the organization, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Master Data Management (MDM) strategies and policies.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance and stewardship processes.
• Conduct data quality assessments and drive data cleansing initiatives.
• Monitor and manage MDM processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide training and support to users on MDM tools and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Master Data Management or related fields.
• Proficiency in MDM tools and technologies such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or IBM InfoSphere MDM.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration practices.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
