Experience 68 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Syniti SKP MDM and Syniti Quadrate, including BAU Production Support ________________________________________ Role Summary We are seeking a Technical Lead Syniti MDM with deep expertise in SKP MDM and working knowledge of Quadrate, both from Syniti. The role is primarily focused on design, development, and BAU support of MDM solutions, ensuring stability, data quality, and seamless integrations across enterprise systems. The candidate will play a key role in leading MDM initiatives, managing production support, and driving continuous improvements while collaborating with business, data governance, and integration teams. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities SKP MDM Syniti Lead design, development, configuration, and BAU support of Syniti SKP MDM Own and maintain MDM data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and relationships Configure and manage: o Business rules, validations, and workflows o Matching, merging, and survivorship logic o Data quality and standardization rules Provide Level 2 Level 3 BAU support: o Incident analysis and resolution o Root cause analysis RCA and defect fixes o Performance tuning and system optimization Monitor and support production environments, ensuring high availability and SLA adherence Manage data loads, reprocessing, and reconciliations Handle release deployments, hotfixes, and patches Work closely with data governance and business users to support stewardship processes Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements Lead code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce MDM best practices ________________________________________ Syniti Quadrate Provide development and BAU support for Syniti Quadrate Design and support data extraction, transformation, and integration processes using Quadrate Troubleshoot and resolve Quadrate job failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies Support integration between Quadrate and SKP MDM Manage schedules, reruns, and monitoring of Quadrate workflows Coordinate with upstream and downstream system teams during BAU issues and enhancements ________________________________________ Technical Skills Mandatory Strong hands-on experience with Syniti SKP MDM Solid understanding of MDM concepts: governance, stewardship, data quality, and lifecycle management Experience in BAU Production Support for MDM platforms Experience with Syniti Quadrate Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases Experience with API-based integrations RESTSOAP Knowledge of batch and real-time data integration patterns Good to Have Experience with ERP systems SAP ECC S4HANA Exposure to cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Change Management Experience in Agile delivery models ________________________________________ Leadership Soft Skills Proven experience in a Technical Lead Senior MDM role Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience coordinating with support, business, and vendor teams Ability to handle production pressure and SLA-driven environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Mentoring and knowledge-sharing mindset
