Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled MDM Support Engineer / MDM Administrator to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise mobile and endpoint devices using ScaleFusion (preferred) or similar MDM platforms. The role ensures device compliance, security, and seamless end-user support across Android, iOS, and Windows environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support ScaleFusion MDM (preferred) or platforms such as Intune, AirWatch, or MobileIron
- Enroll, configure, monitor, and manage enterprise devices for security and compliance
- Create, deploy, and manage policies, restrictions, and applications
- Troubleshoot device, enrollment, and policy enforcement issues
- Generate compliance, security, and activity reports for management review
- Collaborate with IT and Information Security teams to align with corporate policies
- Maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and incident records
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in ScaleFusion MDM administration
- Strong understanding of Android Enterprise and Apple DEP / VPP
- Basic working knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Certifications
- ScaleFusion Certified Administrator (if available)
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- VMware Workspace ONE or MobileIron Certification (optional)
