Role Description

Symhas is seeking a full-time MDM Reltio Lead Developer to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Reltio platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of MDM solutions. The lead developer will also troubleshoot, optimize performance issues, and oversee the integration of Reltio with other systems to enhance data management processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) solutions with focus on the Reltio platform
• Solid understanding of MDM concepts, data modeling, and entity resolution
• Proficiency in integration patterns and tools, including APIs, ETL, and data transformation
• Strong skills in problem-solving, debugging, and optimizing solution performance
• Experience in SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Prior experience with enterprise cloud transformation processes is an advantage
