MDM Functional & Data Testing
- Lead end‑to‑end testing of Informatica MDM solutions (Multidomain / IDMC MDM preferred) including staging, base objects, golden records, hierarchies, and reference data
- Validate MDM data models, domains, attributes, relationships, and hierarchies against business and governance rules
- Test and validate match‑merge, survivorship, standardization, and deduplication logic
- Perform deep data validation and reconciliation across source systems, MDM hub, and downstream consumers using complex SQL queries
Integration, ETL & API Testing
- Validate inbound and outbound integrations between MDM and upstream/downstream systems
- Perform ETL and data pipeline testing involving Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, IICS / IDMC
- Conduct API testing for MDM services using Postman / Swagger
- Validate batch, near‑real‑time, and event‑driven data flows (Kafka / MQ exposure is a plus)
QA Strategy & Leadership
- Define QA strategy, test approach, and test governance for MDM programs
- Prepare and review test plans, test scenarios, test cases, regression suites, and traceability matrices
- Lead system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support
- Perform defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality risk assessment
- Mentor and guide junior and mid‑level QA team members
Stakeholder & Process Collaboration
- Work closely with data engineers, MDM developers, business analysts, and data governance teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Provide quality metrics, status reporting, and release sign‑off inputs to leadership
