Must Have:
- Difference between MDM and MAM in Intune
- Enrollment methods in Intune
- BYOD vs Corporate owned enrollment process
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for managing and securing endpoints, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Manage and troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, and configuration profiles for various operating systems.
- Manage and maintain Windows workstations and other endpoint devices.
- Administer tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM. Ticketing tool: Servicenow.
- Monitor and improve end-user experience using analytics tools.
- Deploy software and patches across the enterprise.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
