MDM & Intune Operations Support Specialist

Job Description:
Intune Management:
- Expertise in deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune.
Device Enrollment:
- Experience enrolling Windows and macOS devices, including BYOD and corporate-owned devices.
Compliance & Security:
- Creating and managing compliance policies to ensure devices meet organizational standards.
- Configuring and managing endpoint security settings.
- Managing security settings for Windows and Mac devices, including antivirus, firewall, and encryption.
Windows OS & Configuration Management:
- Proficiency in managing Windows OS updates and feature changes.
- Configuring Windows devices using Intune, including Autopilot and Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC).
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Providing third-line support for Windows and Mac device issues.
- Ability to create and manage scripts for automation and configuration.
macOS Management:
- Expertise in managing macOS devices, including updates and feature changes.
- Creating and managing configuration profiles for macOS using Intune.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager for device enrollment and management.
Security & Compliance:
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies.
- Identifying and mitigating security threats.
- Enforcing security policies and handling non-compliance issues.
