#Hiring MDM/EDM Developer-India-Remote-Contract

Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, including mastering, reconciliations, and outbound data distribution in enterprise environments.
- Prior experience in financial services or investment management environments is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience implementing match, merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, and golden record logic, ideally across core master data domains such as client, account, product, security or investor data.
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms, with strong preference for Profisee; experience with similar tools such as Semarchy, Informatica MDM, Reltio, GoldenSource also considered.
- Experience integrating data quality and observability tooling, preferably Anomalo, or equivalent platforms, and embedding data quality outputs into EDM/MDM workflows.
- Experience working with metadata management, data catalog, and lineage tools, preferably Alation, or similar tools such as Collibra or Microsoft Purview.
- Strong experience working with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake, including SQL development, data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting data issues.
- Experience building and supporting data ingestion and integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Dagster or equivalent orchestration and integration tools.
- Familiarity with common enterprise data integration patterns, including batch processing, file-based ingestion, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience implementing and supporting workflow orchestration, scheduling, monitoring, logging, and exception handling for EDM and MDM pipelines.
- Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) languages like Python, Ruby, Java, or similar language preferred.
- Experience supporting unit testing, integration testing, data reconciliation, and defect resolution, and working within Agile delivery teams.
