We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves providing legal support to the organization by drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, and addressing regulatory compliance. The Junior Lawyer will work closely with senior team members to conduct legal research, assist in dispute resolution, and ensure that company operations align with legal standards.

• Strong skills in legal analysis, research, and drafting legal documents
• Proficiency in handling contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Understanding of laws and regulations related to the construction or elevator industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related qualification
