Position: ICU Specialist
Experience: 0–3 Years
Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Qualification: MD/DNB in Internal Medicine / Anesthesia / Pulmonology / Emergency Medicine
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients in the ICU and provide intensive medical care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment progress.
- Handle emergency and life-support procedures including ventilator management.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
- Perform clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety, and infection control practices.
Requirements
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
- Experience in handling ICU and emergency cases.
- Knowledge of ventilator management and critical care procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergencies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with ICU exposure or critical care experience will be preferred.
