Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for MD Dermatologists, Dermatologists, and MBBS Doctors at Cosderma Skin Clinic located in Mira Road, Mumbai. The clinician will conduct outpatient consultations, perform detailed dermatological assessments, diagnose and treat medical skin, hair, and nail conditions, and manage chronic dermatologic diseases. Responsibilities include performing and supervising aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, Botox, fillers, and PRP therapy, while ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols. The role involves creating individualized treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately, counseling patients about procedures and aftercare, and collaborating with clinic staff to deliver efficient and compassionate care. The clinician will also stay updated with current dermatology guidelines and participate in continuous improvement of clinical standards and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with valid medical registration; MD/DM/DNB in Dermatology or equivalent specialization preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical dermatology, including acne, pigmentation disorders, psoriasis, eczema, allergies, hair loss, and nail diseases.
• Proficiency in aesthetic dermatology procedures such as chemical peels, laser therapies, microneedling, PRP, Botox, fillers, and scar revision.
• Ability to perform thorough clinical examinations, develop differential diagnoses, and create evidence-based treatment plans.
• Competence in maintaining detailed medical records, using clinic management or EMR systems, and following infection control and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills to explain conditions, procedures, risks, and aftercare in a clear, patient-friendly manner.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and culturally sensitive, gender-neutral care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing, front-office, and technical teams in a busy clinical environment.
• Prior experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic setting in Mumbai or similar urban environment is an advantage.
