This role is pivotal in deriving and executing the FP&A performance management strategy and providing oversight on compliance, operational excellence, and business outcomes

You will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement performance frameworks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

Additionally, this role will require strong project management skills to manage key initiatives and the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, global, multi-cultural environment

Your responsibilities: Drive Proactive Resolutions:Lead the development and implementation of the FP&A performance management strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader business goals

Design and deploy key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve business outcomes, efficiency, compliance, and process quality

Provide strategic oversight and ensure adherence to compliance and operational standards in functional processes

Drive and manage continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (Daily Management, problem-solving, 3C), ensuring measurable outcomes

Lead project management activities related to performance improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution of key projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to influence decision-making and align performance management efforts with organizational priorities

Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and reports for senior management, offering insights and strategic recommendations
