Role Description This full-time Mbbs RMO Teleconsultation role is an on-site position located in Kailashahar. The RMO will provide teleconsultation services to patients, including initial assessment, diagnosis, and management under established clinical protocols. Daily responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, documenting consultations accurately, coordinating with senior physicians for complex cases, and ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and telemedicine regulations. The role also involves monitoring patient progress, updating medical records, communicating clearly with patients and families, and collaborating with nursing and administrative teams to ensure smooth telehealth operations. The RMO is expected to maintain high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Qualifications

• Completed MBBS degree from a recognized institution with valid medical registration/licensure.
• Experience or training in teleconsultation or telemedicine practices, including remote patient assessment and management.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills in general medicine, with the ability to follow evidence-based protocols and escalate cases when needed.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records, basic computer applications, and secure telehealth platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in explaining diagnoses and treatment plans clearly and empathetically to patients and families.
• Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced clinical environment in Kailashahar, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality, data privacy, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Prior experience as an RMO or in a hospital/clinic setting is preferred but not mandatory.
