About The Opportunity
Healthcare Primary & Secondary Care sector providing on-site clinical services, emergency coverage, and outpatient/inpatient care in Chandrapur, Maharashtra. We are hiring a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care and ensure smooth clinical operations at our facility.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide timely clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for inpatients and outpatients across general medicine and emergency presentations.
- Respond to emergency calls and lead initial resuscitation, stabilisation, and handover to specialty teams as required.
- Perform procedures including IV cannulation, wound suturing, IM injections, and basic bedside interventions following standard protocols.
- Manage admissions, discharge planning, and daily medical rounds with accurate clinical documentation in the hospital record system.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, laboratory, radiology, and referral specialists to expedite investigations and treatment plans.
- Participate in on-call rotas, shift handovers, clinical audits, and implementation of infection control and patient-safety practices.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Valid MBBS qualification and eligibility to practise (local regulatory compliance required).
- Demonstrated competency in emergency care and initial resuscitation (on-call experience preferred).
- Proven ability to perform IV cannulation, basic procedures, and wound management.
- Familiarity with ECG interpretation and basic radiograph assessment.
- Experience with electronic medical records and clinical documentation standards.
- Professionalism in patient communication, escalation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Preferred
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Previous RMO or hospitalist experience in a district or secondary care setting.
- Exposure to hospital information systems (HIS) and outpatient clinic workflows.
