URGENT HIRING – MBBS RMO (GYNAECOLOGY DEPARTMENT)

Location: Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Position: MBBS Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Qualification

• MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid Medical Council Registration.
  
  

Experience

• Freshers and experienced MBBS doctors may apply.
• Experience in gynaecology, maternity care, OPD and IPD management preferred.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine OPD and IPD activities in the Gynaecology Department.
• Assess patients and document clinical findings.
• Monitor admitted patients and report changes in their condition to the consultant.
• Assist consultants in patient evaluation and treatment.
• Attend to obstetric and gynaecological cases within the doctor's competence.
• Recognize emergencies and initiate appropriate stabilization while escalating promptly to the consultant.
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, investigations and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate case sheets, treatment charts and medical records.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments.
• Ensure proper patient handover between shifts and follow hospital protocols.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Good clinical assessment and patient-management skills.
• Ability to manage routine OPD and IPD responsibilities.
• Good communication and coordination with consultants and nursing staff.
• Responsible, disciplined and patient-focused approach.
• Willingness to work in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
  
  

Job Type: Full-Time

Duty Schedule: As per hospital requirements.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and hospital policy.
