We are seeking a dedicated MBBS Doctor for our Corporate Occupational Health Center (OHC) in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in providing medical care in a corporate environment, focusing on employee health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health check-ups for employees in the corporate setting.
- Provide medical consultations and treatment for minor ailments and injuries.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient interactions.
- Implement wellness programs and health awareness campaigns for employees.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized treatments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of basic medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Experience in occupational health or corporate healthcare is a plus.
