Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed medical consultations and assess client health conditions and goals
Recommend appropriate wellness, slimming, and lifestyle programs based on client needs
Clearly explain treatment plans, benefits, and expected outcomes
Build trust and strong rapport with clients to support informed decision-making and program enrollment
Take ownership of consultation-to-enrollment conversion by effectively guiding clients
Coordinate with dieticians, therapists, and clinic staff for seamless service delivery
Track client progress and provide ongoing medical support
Maintain accurate consultation records and reports
