Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated MBBS Doctor to join our client's team within their Dialysis Unit, sourced through Acme Services. This vital part-time role requires a physician to meticulously monitor patients on Hemodialysis, proactively manage any dialysis complications that may arise, and ensure all necessary documentation is thoroughly reviewed and updated. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient well-being, clinical accuracy, and effective administration within the dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Monitoring: Diligently monitor patients on Hemodialysis sessions, ensuring their stability and well-being throughout the procedure.
  • Complication Management: Proactively manage on-dialysis complications, if any, providing immediate and appropriate medical intervention.
  • Documentation Oversight: Ensure accurate and complete checking of documentation such as medical reports, consent forms, and medico-legal documentation.
  • Clinical Administration: Perform essential clinical administration tasks to support the smooth operation of the dialysis unit.
  • Vaccination Schedule: Oversee and manage the vaccination schedule of patients within the unit, ensuring timely administration.
  • Data Management: Update clinical data in software systems accurately and promptly, maintaining comprehensive patient records.

Skills

  • Strong clinical acumen in Hemodialysis patient monitoring.
  • Proficiency in managing dialysis complications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in checking and maintaining medical documentation.
  • Competence in clinical administration tasks.
  • Ability to manage and track patient vaccination schedules.
  • Proficiency in updating clinical data in software.

Qualifications

  • Education: MBBS degree.
  • Registration: DMC registration is a must.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a dialysis unit or nephrology setting is highly preferred.
  • Work Hours: Approximately 8 hours per week.
  • Location: Ability to commute to Delhi or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
