Role Description

We are hiring experienced MBBS Abroad Education Counsellors to join our team in Noida. This is a target-driven role focused on guiding students and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
  • Counsel students for MBBS abroad admissions
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions
  • Guide students through documentation and application process
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Requirements
  • Minimum 34 years of experience in MBBS Abroad / Study Abroad counselling
  • Strong communication and sales/conversion skills
  • Proven track record in student conversions preferred
  • Ability to handle targets and work in a performance-driven environment
  • Good knowledge of MBBS abroad destinations (Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, etc.)
Compensation
  • Fixed Salary: 25,000 30,000/month
  • Incentives: Performance-based (per admission)
  • Total Earning Potential: Up to 60,000/month (including incentives)
