We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident MBA Fresher to join our Business Development team as a BDE. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a strong interest in sales and business development, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve prospecting, research, outreach, and business development activities.

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and other relevant channels.

• Assist in developing and executing business development strategies.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential prospects.

• Create personalized sales messages, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams when required.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

• Maintain and update lead and prospect information in CRM/sales tracking systems.

• Support the sales team in lead qualification, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.

• Use AI tools to improve lead research, prospect identification, content creation, and sales outreach.

• Create effective AI prompts for business development activities such as lead generation, prospect research, personalized outreach, market research, and sales content.

• Achieve assigned lead-generation and business development targets.

• MBA Fresher with a specialization in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Good understanding of basic sales and business development concepts.

• Comfortable with LinkedIn and online research.

• Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar AI platforms.

• Ability to write effective prompts for business development and sales activities.

• Good analytical and research skills.

• Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Strong interest in building a career in Business Development / IT Sales.
