MBA Visiting Lecturer

This is a full-time remote role for an MBA Visiting Lecturer at Yesbud University. The individual will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, designing and updating teaching materials, preparing instructional plans, and fostering an interactive online learning environment. Other responsibilities include mentoring students, evaluating their academic progress, contributing to curriculum development, and participating in faculty meetings. The role requires collaboration with academic staff to ensure educational excellence and alignment with university objectives.

• Proficiency in teaching Business Administration topics such as finance, marketing, leadership, and strategy
• Ability to design, organize, and deliver comprehensive academic content in a virtual environment
• Strong mentoring and academic advisory skills to support student success
• Research skills to contribute to curriculum improvement and stay updated with current trends in business education
• Experience in using virtual teaching platforms and other digital tools for online education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse student engagement
• Minimum of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent; a Ph.D. is highly desirable
• Prior experience in teaching or working professionally in a business-related field is an advantage
