This is a full-time, on-site MBA Intern role located in Ahmedabad. The intern will engage in strategic business development, market research, and process optimization initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting industry research, analyzing market trends, supporting project management activities, preparing business reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative business strategies and operational solutions. The role provides hands-on experience in leveraging AI and ERP solutions to drive company goals and streamline business operations.

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, NetSuite), and digital tools for business process optimization.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and innovative thinking.
• Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Educational Background: Enrollment in an MBA program, preferably with a concentration in business analytics, strategy, operations, or related fields.
• Additional Skills: Experience in project management, familiarity with industries such as eCommerce, manufacturing, or healthcare, and proficiency in tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
