MBA Marketing Intern Growth & Strategy

Company: Yuno
Duration: 3 Months (Full-time / Part-time flexible with academics)
Location: Remote + Campus/City Execution
Stipend: Performance-based + PPO / Founding Team Track
Start Date: Immediate

Yuno is building India's next-generation student-first social & community platform.
We're creating a culture-driven brand powered by campus leaders, real stories, and offline-to-online communities not ads.

This internship is not observational. You'll execute real growth strategies that directly impact Yuno's expansion across India.

Role Overview


As an MBA Marketing Intern, you'll work directly with the founding team on growth, brand, partnerships, and community strategy.
You'll be treated like a junior manager, not a trainee.

Key Responsibilities


1. Growth & Go-To-Market

Execute campus & city-level growth strategies

Assist in launching Yuno in new universities

Track user acquisition, engagement & retention metrics

2. Community & Brand Marketing


Manage Founding Voices & campus ambassadors

Design engagement campaigns (online + offline)

Support storytelling, positioning & brand tone

3. Partnerships & Collaborations


Identify caf, brand & student-community partnerships

Assist in outreach, pitching & coordination

Support sponsorship and collaboration decks

4. Marketing Strategy & Analytics


Competitor analysis & market research

Weekly performance reporting & insights

Experiment with new growth ideas (and test fast)
