Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and generating leads for franchise and real estate business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support the sales team in client interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with prospective clients and channel partners.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials as required.
• Assist in organizing meetings and promotional activities.
• Support business development initiatives to drive growth.

• Pursuing MBA with specialization in Marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in Sales, Business Development, and Real Estate.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
