We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner who is eager to gain practical experience in various HR functions. This internship is designed for freshers/entry-level candidates who are interested in starting their careers in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Support the HR team in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Assist in managing employee records and HR databases.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to support strategic initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
