MBA-HR Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic MBA-HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team in India. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to our organization's growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and orientation sessions.
• Help in maintaining employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance documentation.
• Conduct research on best HR practices and contribute to the development of HR strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed an MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
