Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic MBA to support our Alliances & Partnerships function. The role involves managing partner relationships, preparing partner-facing presentations, maintaining business dashboards, tracking partnership performance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This position offers exposure to business development, partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage partner presentations, proposals, and partnership decks.
- Maintain partnership dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of alliance initiatives.
- Support onboarding, engagement, and communication with strategic partners.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing joint go-to-market and business development activities.
- Prepare management reports, business reviews, and partnership recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive partner-led growth.
- Support data analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making.
Eligibility
- MBA (Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, or related specialization) or recent MBA graduate.
- Strong interest in Alliances, Partnerships, Business Development, and Strategic Growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in creating professional business presentations and dashboards is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
