Your Profile

Extensive experience in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and Maximo 7.6.x implementations, development, and integrations.
Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
Proven experience in Maximo configuration, customization, workflow development, and automation scripting.
Hands-on experience with Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and modern DevOps practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor development teams and drive technical excellence.

Your Role

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Maximo integrations leveraging MIF, REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise middleware platforms.
Architect and configure Maximo applications, including Domains, Database Configuration, Relationships, Automation Scripts, Conditional UI, Escalations, and Workflows.
Develop and oversee custom Java extensions, Bean Class customizations, BIRT reports, and automation scripts using Jython and JavaScript.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Maximo developers and integration specialists across project lifecycles.
