Job DescriptionWillWare Technologies is looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Technical Consultant with 10+ years of experience, preferably with strong experience in the Energy & Utilities domain.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, configure, and customize IBM Maximo solutions.
- Work on Maximo modules including Asset Management, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, and Procurement.
- Develop Automation Scripts, MBO customizations, workflows, and application configurations.
- Implement integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support Maximo implementation, enhancement, migration, and production activities.
- Work with enterprise systems such as SAP, GIS, SCADA, and other utility/energy applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize Maximo application performance.
- Coordinate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Required Skills- 10+ years of experience in IBM Maximo / Maximo EAM
- Strong hands-on experience in Maximo technical development and customization
- Expertise in MBO, Automation Scripts, Workflows, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
- Experience with Java, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience in Maximo implementation, integration, and support
- Strong understanding of Asset Management and Maintenance processes
- Energy / Utilities / Power / Oil & Gas domain experience is mandatory/preferred
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred- Experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) / Maximo Manage
- Experience with SAP, GIS, SCADA, or IoT integrations
- Experience in large-scale Energy & Utilities projects.
