We are looking for a
highly skilled and experienced Hair Transplant Surgeon to join our expert team and contribute to our
growing patient base and reputation for excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Hair Transplant Procedures:
- Perform FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) hair transplant surgeries, including extraction, implantation, and slit-making.
- Ensure precision, natural-looking hairline design, and optimal graft survival rates.
- Supervise the technical team during graft extraction and implantation.
- Pre-Surgery Consultation & Planning:
- Evaluate patient scalp conditions, hair loss patterns, and medical history to determine transplant feasibility.
- Educate patients about the procedure, expected outcomes, and post-operative care.
- Develop customized surgical plans based on patient needs.
- Post-Surgery Care & Follow-Ups:
- Monitor patient healing, graft survival, and overall recovery.
- Address post-operative concerns and ensure patients follow proper aftercare protocols.
- Provide medications, PRP therapy, and follow-up scalp treatments as needed.
- Quality Control & Compliance:
- Maintain high hygiene and sterility standards during procedures.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, patient safety regulations, and ethical standards.
- Keep detailed medical records and patient progress reports.
- Training & Development:
- Train and mentor junior doctors, medical assistants, and technicians in hair transplant techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in trichology and hair restoration.
Qualifications & Skills
MBBS , MDS/MS/MD/DNB (Dermatology / Plastic Surgery / General Surgery) or a specialized Hair Transplant certification.
Minimum 0-5 years of experience performing
FUE hair transplant surgeries.
Proficiency in
hairline design, graft extraction, implantation, and donor area management.
Experience in
PRP therapy, mesotherapy, and other hair restoration treatments is a plus.
Strong
patient counseling and communication skills (Fluency in
Hindi & English preferred).
Detail-oriented, precision-focused, and ability to
work efficiently in a team-based setup.
