Role Description:-

This is a full-time, on-site Matron role at Unison World School in Dehradun. The Matron will provide pastoral care and support to students, including tending to their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include monitoring the health and comfort of students, assisting with daily routines and ensuring a safe and nurturing living environment. The Matron will work collaboratively with staff to maintain discipline and foster a positive residential atmosphere, offering guidance and mentorship to students as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in a reputed residential school.
• Proficiency in Maternity and Midwifery support.
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a residential school environment and be available for on-call responsibilities.
• Formal training or certification in healthcare, nursing, or midwifery is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in residential schools or educational institutions is an advantage.
