Role Description

This is a evening-time on-site role for a Tuition Teacher (Classes 1-7) at Sterling Academy LLP in Coimbatore. We are also looking for a passionate and dedicated [Maths, Science] teacher to provide personalized tuition for students of Classes 8th to 12th. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of the subject, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make learning engaging and effective.

The Tuition Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, instructing students in various subjects, conducting assessments to monitor student progress, and providing additional support where needed. The role requires engaging with students to foster a positive and effective learning environment and collaborating with other teachers and staff.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Lesson Planning and Education
• Strong Communication and Teaching skills
• Experience in Training and instructional methods
• Ability to connect with and motivate students
• Excellent organizational and assessment skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Experience in teaching at elementary or middle school levels is a plus
