Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maths Faculty at our Kochi center. The Maths Faculty will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students preparing for competitive exams, including NEET, JEE, and Olympiads. This includes creating and delivering structured lessons, developing curriculum content, assessing student progress, and providing guidance to improve academic performance. Additionally, they will engage with students to address queries, ensure concept clarity, and foster a culture of excellence in learning.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics
• Basic knowledge of related subjects such as Physics and Statistics
• Experience in Curriculum Development for competitive exams or academic settings
• Effective communication and teaching skills to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner
• Master's degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field is preferred
• Experience in coaching for NEET, JEE, or similar competitive exams is an advantage
• Ability to mentor and motivate students to achieve their academic goals
