Role: Part-Time Maths & Science Teacher (Grades 9–10 | Remote)
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Maths and Science Teacher to join our remote teaching team. This part-time role involves delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in grades 9 and 10, with a focus on building strong conceptual understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive and engaging online classes in Mathematics and Science (with emphasis on Both)
- Deliver structured lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking
- Support students academic growth as well as their overall confidence and development
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong subject expertise in Mathematics and Science (especially Physics)
- Relevant degree or certification in Education or related field
- 3–10 years of teaching experience, preferably with grades 9–10
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver personalized, student-centric instruction in an online setting
- Should have a strong understanding of the NEP 2020 framework and be well-versed in the NCERT curriculum.
Technical & Additional Requirements
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools such as Desmos and GeoGebra
- Experience using simulations like OLabs and PhET Labs
- Access to a laptop with a pen tablet (or writing pad)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
Preferred
- Prior experience in online teaching environments
- Comfort with modern educational technologies and interactive teaching methods
